Structured input on operational decisions, team structures, performance and the priorities involved in running a hospitality business day to day.

Commercial Advisory

Review of commercial performance, margin, cost base, supplier arrangements and the broader commercial position of the business.

Hospitality Operations Support

Practical support across single-site and multi-site hospitality and food-service operations, including operational reviews and implementation work.

Supplier Introductions

Considered introductions to relevant suppliers, partners and commercial contacts, agreed in advance with the client and the relevant party.

Business Development

Support for new openings, growth initiatives, market entry and the development of existing operations.

How We Work

A project-by-project approach

We work on a project-by-project basis. Before any work begins, the scope of work, expected deliverables, fee structure and payment terms are agreed in writing with the client.

Fees may be agreed as a fixed project fee, hourly or daily consultancy fee, retainer, commission or supplier-introduction fee, depending on the nature of the engagement. Where we introduce a client to a supplier or commercial opportunity, any introduction fee or commission is agreed in advance with the relevant party.

For the full terms on which engagements are contracted, see our Terms of Business.
